How is my order fulfilled and what are the shipping costs?
All of our orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Chicago, IL and we offer ground, expedited and overnight shipping rates. Please see the chart below for shipping rates, which are calculated by total order weight. All packages are shipped via FedEx and are fulfilled Monday - Friday during regular business hours (9am - 5pm CST). Orders placed after 2pm CST will be fulfilled on the next business day.

What are the details of the free shipping offer?
Our free shipping offer includes standard ground shipping only and is valid on all orders over $75. Minimum purchase amount excludes purchases of eGift Cards, shipping costs within the continental United States, and tax. This offer does not apply to orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories.
Will I receive a notification once my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail that includes tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, usually within 1-3 business days from when you placed your order.
What happens if I am not at home when the goods are delivered?
We do not require signatures for package delivery so packages will be left at your doorstep, front desk, or where you usually pick up packages at your place of residence.

United States, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?
All orders from within the United States are free from any customs charges.
Can an order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, we require a physical street address for all package delivery.
